Cookie Policy

Short version: We only use browser storage that is strictly necessary to make the site work — language preference, wizard progress, and admin sign-in. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
1. What we store in your browser

2. What we don't use
- Google Analytics or any other analytics platform.
- Advertising or retargeting pixels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Heat-map or session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory).
- Third-party marketing scripts of any kind.
If we ever add any of the above, we will update this policy and add an opt-in consent banner before those scripts load.
3. Third-party services that may set their own storage
Certain pages use Google Maps to look up your address or fetch satellite imagery. When those services load, Google may set cookies of its own under the google.com or googleapis.com domain. We do not control these — see Google's cookie policy for detail.
4. How to clear or block our storage
You can clear localStorage and cookies from your browser settings:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
If you block bc_session_uuid, the wizard will still work but each visit will start a fresh session (we won't recognise you as a returning visitor).
